Class Descriptions

 

STRONG by Zumba® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.


Zumba® classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before you know it, you'll be getting fit and your energy levels will be soaring! It's easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating.


​​Zumba LOW IMPACT is for active adults who are looking for a modified Zumba® class at a lower-intensity. The class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba® choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong.​


Zumba® Toning ​is a class that  puts extra emphasis on toning and sculpting to define those muscles! The challenge of adding resistance by using Zumba®Toning Sticks (or light weights), helps you focus on specific muscle groups, so you (and your muscles) stay engaged!


​PiYo® is a low-impact, high-intensity, pilates and yoga-inspired workout that burns fat, defines every inch of your body, and increases your flexibility without weights or jumps. (Yoga mat is required)


TurboKick® Using no equipment, this kickboxing workout incorporates a number of upper body punches and lower body kicks. It’s a combination of intense kickboxing moves, as well as dance moves all perfectly choreographed to high energy and motivating music. It’s the ultimate cardiovascular challenge that is a unique blend of intense intervals strength/endurance training, and a relaxing cool-down.
